Endeavor partnered with LTX Connect, LA Collab, National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP), and Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) to successfully launch NTX | LATINX. The program is designed to provide Latinx with the opportunity to participate in virtual courses focused on building successful careers in the music, entertainment, sports and fashion industries. It is the latest offering in Endeavor Impact’s education programs created to expand industry access.
NXT | LATINX is available for free. The program consists of a series of virtual sessions taught by industry leaders, including Sunny Hostin, Ana Navarro, Snow Tha Product, MarĂa Isabel, Arturo Castro and Tenoch Huerta. The first session was led by a panel of experts, including our co-founder, Lili Gangas. Lili was joined by Dakota Ortiz, Alexis Garcia and Ben Lopez. They discussed the current opportunities for Latinx talent, the importance of collaboration, and the critical role that companies play in promoting Latinx success across all industries.
Beyond various industry-based curriculum, the program will address a range of social issues, including LGBTQ intersectionality, how to be civic-minded in your job, and the classification of international versus U.S.-based Latinx content and talent.
As an ongoing strategic partnership, LTX Connect is proud to collaborate with LA Collab, Endeavor and other key organizations on establishing pipelines for Latinx individuals across the entertainment industry, with a focus on access, inclusion and equity.
