I currently serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer for a local building materials manufacturer with an international footprint and currently hold a SHRM-SCP certification. I have had over 10 years of progressive experience in the human resources field with experience in both the private and public sector. While working in the private sector, I have held human resources responsibilities in the medical, investment banking, insurance, and manufacturing industries. My background in human resources has spanned compensation/benefits administration, organizational development, recruitment & talent acquisition, workforce management, and strategic planning. I also currently serve as the SHRM Foundation Chair for the Inland Empire Society for Human Resource Management, as the Co-Chair for the Human Resource Leadership Council with Uplift San Bernardino, and as an active board member with the California State University, San Bernardino Latino Alumni Chapter, where I help to create enrichment opportunities for other human resources professionals in the Inland Empire.
